99a9's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.7%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.0%). Moving from one tier to a higher tier depends on your platform usage and activity.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply when placing bets on 99a9:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a bet, 99a9 may void that bet.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the game software log will be considered final.
• Any unusual winnings obtained by exploiting a system error or bug will not be considered valid.
• 99a9 is not responsible if a bet is voided due to a disconnection or device issue.

6.1 Sports Betting
